Concerns on Camping Hot Water Heater

I have a 20 to 30 gallon hot water tank that is eletrict. I think the the guy who hooked it up did not hook it up rite. All the lines are hooked up. I get hot water and cold water goes into the tank but I can not figure out how to drain the tank for the winter. there are only three places where water can come in or out one is the cold water coming in The second is the hot water going out and the third is the pressure release Valve..(( the tank in in my camper in a camp ground and must be drained for the winter because we are not aloud to stay there in the winter.)) the only way I see to get the water out with out with out taking off any lines which i don’t want to do is through the pressure release valve. but the the Valve is on the side of the tank at the top of it. (( If this is the way to drain it how will it get all the water out from the bottom”’ )))) I need to totally drain the tank because any water will freeze and mess it up.
(( also if I run a air compressor pushing high presser air through the tank will it mess it up in any way I might have to. to blow out my lines so is no water in them. ))))
